Frequently asked questions

Can I book an in-person appointment in Spokane right now?

Not at the moment — our Spokane clinic is between locations, so there's no Spokane address to visit and no in-person slots to book there. Spokane-area patients are still looked after: renewals are done by secure telehealth from anywhere in Washington, and new-patient in-person visits are available at our Lynnwood clinic, which you can book online, or at Olympia by arrangement — call us at 1-888-885-9949 and we'll set that up.

I'm a returning Spokane patient — can I still renew?

Yes. Renewals for Spokane-area patients are handled by secure telehealth statewide, and your records are already with us. It's $145 and takes about 15–20 minutes by video. Book online or call 1-888-885-9949.

Do I need to be a Spokane resident to get a WA medical marijuana card?

You must be a Washington State resident, but you don't have to live in Spokane specifically. Patients from Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, or anywhere else in WA are welcome. Idaho residents are not eligible for Washington State authorizations, and you must be physically present in Washington at the time of your appointment.

What's the difference between a WA medical card and just buying recreational cannabis in Spokane?

Washington's combined cannabis excise and local sales taxes in Spokane are typically 37–47%. A medical authorization exempts you from all of those taxes on DOH-compliant products, saving most patients hundreds to thousands of dollars per year. Medical cardholders also get higher possession limits and can grow up to 6 plants at home.

Will Green Wellness open in Spokane again?

We're not able to promise a date. What we can tell you is that Spokane-area patients are still being seen — renewals by telehealth statewide, and new-patient visits at Lynnwood or Olympia. If you'd like us to let you know when something changes in Spokane, call 1-888-885-9949 and we'll take your details.
