I went in the other day for a renewal, after getting two phone calls confirming my appt. reassuring me everything is in order, and learned I got my medical license for 2018 without them having any medical records on me whatsoever. I signed a release for them, but they never followed through a year ago, thank you it restored my faith in how helpful you have not been.

Admits to giving a methadone person a approval before me.. Lady says, “I get audited all the time, so I can have people saying it hurts and it’s soar to come in..” I reassured that I’ve been through physical therapy and I haven’t been able to keep up with the cost of that, so that is why after 2 years of not renewing, that I finally gave in to renew my card. Lady says “ you don’t have a limb chopped off, no serious problems I can help you with even if your still experiencing pains” I just don’t get how you can choose to shoot up, smoke methane, and harm your body in so many ways, but if he’s trying to show he’s hurting or in rehabs every year, he gets the priority over my doctors records of my injuries and how I’m still affected till this day.. so I have to shoot up and show I’m in rejecting pain to get this? The junky laughed and smiled the whole time he lied to her.. but honest suffering people just get accused of being fake.. what shame.. when I return with “current” doctors note, I’m not leaving this office till we resolve this issue.. it’s not unfair, it’s just not doing your job right.. just cause someone shoots up in your bathroom while I was sitting in your office should mean they get the card and I don’t just cause I’m not shooting up in your bathrooms..
