Your HIV/AIDS diagnosis is your primary qualification. Bring records from your infectious disease specialist or primary care physician if available — they're helpful but not required. Your physician will review your current antiretroviral regimen and other medications and discuss whether medical cannabis is appropriate for your individual case.
