New Evaluation

Due to changing WA law, up to 2 visits per year may be required for some patients.
Pricing questions
Is there a fee if I don't qualify?
No. If your physician determines that medical cannabis isn't appropriate for your situation, you do not pay. We only collect payment for evaluations where authorization is issued.
What does the $175 include?
A full in-person evaluation with a licensed WA physician, your written authorization document (valid same-day at any licensed dispensary), guidance on WA DOH registration, and a copy of your assessment for your records.
Are there any other fees?
The only additional cost is the optional Washington State DOH patient card: $1 state registration fee. This adds your name to the MMED registry for higher possession limits and additional legal protections. It's optional — your written authorization is valid immediately without it.
Does insurance cover this?
Medical marijuana evaluations are not covered by insurance or Medicare/Medicaid under federal law. Payment is by credit or debit card, collected securely at booking.
